Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods.

How to withdraw

Inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g. email to contactus@xodralinxap.world). You may use the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement. We will send you confirmation of receipt.

Return of goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in unused, resaleable condition where possible.

Refund

We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return. We will use the same means of payment as you used, unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Exceptions

Your right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We will inform you on the product page or before order if any such exception applies.
